4. Digitale Produkte und Dienstleistungen

COOPXL verkauft Softwareprodukte, SaaS-Abonnements und digitale Dienstleistungen über diese Website. Mit dem Kauf oder Abonnement eines Produkts stimmen Sie den für dieses Produkt geltenden Bedingungen zu, einschließlich Preisgestaltung, Abrechnungszyklus und Lizenzbedingungen. Alle Käufe werden sicher über unsere Zahlungspartner abgewickelt. Sie sind für die Angabe korrekter Rechnungsinformationen verantwortlich.

• SaaS-Abonnements werden monatlich oder jährlich wie auf der Produktseite angegeben abgerechnet.
• Lizenzschlüssel oder Zugangsdaten werden nach Zahlungsbestätigung digital übermittelt.
• Sie dürfen unsere Produkte nicht ohne schriftliche Zustimmung weiterverkaufen, vertreiben oder unterlizenzieren.

5. Rückgabe- und Stornierungsbedingungen

Wir möchten, dass Sie mit Ihrem Kauf zufrieden sind. Wenn Sie nicht vollständig zufrieden sind, können Sie innerhalb von 14 Kalendertagen ab dem Datum der Dienstleistungserbringung oder Abonnementaktivierung eine Rückerstattung beantragen, vorbehaltlich der unten stehenden Bedingungen.

• Rückerstattungsanträge müssen innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt der Dienstleistung oder Aktivierung Ihres Abonnements schriftlich an ops@coopxl.com gesendet werden.
• Rückerstattungen werden innerhalb von 5–10 Werktagen nach Genehmigung bearbeitet und auf die ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode gutgeschrieben.
• Bei SaaS-Abonnements beziehen sich Rückerstattungen nur auf die letzte Abrechnungsgebühr. Eine Nutzung über 14 Tage hinaus ist nicht erstattungsfähig.
• Maßgeschneiderte Entwicklungs- oder Beratungsdienstleistungen sind nicht erstattungsfähig, sofern in Ihrer Servicevereinbarung nichts anderes festgelegt ist.
• COOPXL behält sich das Recht vor, eine Rückerstattung zu verweigern, wenn das Produkt wesentlich verändert oder missbraucht wurde oder der Antrag außerhalb der 14-Tage-Frist liegt.

5. Intellectual property

CoopXL and its licensors own the site design, text, graphics, logos, and other materials unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without prior written consent, except fair personal use (for example short quotes with attribution).
