• SaaS subscriptions billed monthly or annually as specified on the product page.
• License keys or access credentials delivered digitally upon payment confirmation.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense our products without written consent.

5. Refund and cancellation policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of service delivery or subscription activation, subject to the conditions below.

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to ops@coopxl.com within 14 days of receiving the service or activating your subscription.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval and are credited to the original payment method.
• For SaaS subscriptions, refunds apply only to the most recent billing charge. Usage beyond 14 days is not eligible for a refund.
• Custom development or consulting services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.
• COOPXL reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product has been materially altered, misused, or if the request falls outside the 14-day window.

5. Intellectual property

CoopXL and its licensors own the site design, text, graphics, logos, and other materials unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without prior written consent, except fair personal use (for example short quotes with attribution).

6. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party sites or tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices; use them at your own risk and review their terms and privacy policies.
