Return window

You have 14 days to return sold products after receipt. Shipping cost for returns may be charged through your customer account, by contacting customer service on WhatsApp 01111788511, or via email at ops@coopxl.com.

Defective or incorrect items

If an item is defective, does not work properly, does not match the site description, is counterfeit, or was received damaged as a result of transportation and shipment, you may return it within 30 days from the date of receipt free of charge. The item value will be refunded within a maximum of 14 working days.

Condition of returned products

When returning a product, make sure all accessories and labels are present and in proper condition, the product is in its original packaging as received, and the package remains factory-sealed where required for replacement within 14 days. Include any gifts or exceptional accessories that came with the order. If you created a password on a device you want to return, remove it first; otherwise the return may not be completed correctly. This also applies to manufacturing defects found within 30 days of purchase.

Non-returnable products

Some products cannot be returned:

• Damaged products (excluding transportation damage)
• Products that are not in their original packaging
• Products that do not include all accessories
• Unsealed products from restricted product groups
