Business days

Official business days at COOPXL are Sunday to Thursday. Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays are holidays for COOPXL employees and shipping partners.

Our delivery approach

Our mission is to offer you the best online experience. COOPXL mainly delivers orders through a third party to ensure timely shipping. Delivery typically takes two to four days as a maximum, depending on your geographical area, and you may choose a convenient delivery time during the day, week, or month where available. For urgent orders, please contact customer service and we will do our best to help.

Receipt and failed delivery

We may ask for your signature on a copy of the invoice to confirm receipt. We deliver to the registered address, and the signature of anyone at that address is treated as receipt of the order. If nobody is available to receive the order, please contact customer service to arrange another delivery time. COOPXL cannot attempt delivery more than twice and is not responsible for any order exceeding 7 days from the first delivery attempt.

Fulfillment timelines

In-stock orders are fulfilled within 5–7 business days. Custom-made orders are fulfilled according to the individual production time stated on the product description page.

• Delivery cost may be calculated at checkout depending on the product and delivery address.
• For special orders, delivery cost may be quoted after order and included on the final balance.

Delivery time

An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. They are a guide only and are subject to acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 5 business days of the order date. Business days mean Saturday to Friday, except holidays. Delivery dates may vary due to carrier practices, location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. Shipping charges are shown at checkout after you add items to your cart.
